1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between the rt999 (rt999.fun) platform and all of its users. By accessing, browsing, or creating an account on the rt999 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

2 Account Register

Each person may only register one account. Opening multiple accounts by the same individual or from the same device is strictly prohibited. If discovered, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

Keeping your account secure is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your password or login details with anyone. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact rt999 support immediately.

3 Age Verification & KYC

Rt999 is an 18+ platform. Use of this platform by anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. If a false date of birth is provided during registration, the account will be terminated and no funds will be refunded.

Documents required for KYC verification

• National ID (NID): Scans or photos of both sides.
• Selfie Verification: A recent photo of you holding your NID.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill or bank statement (within the last 3 months).

Rt999 may request additional documents for further verification at any time. This is done to protect your security and maintain the integrity of the platform. Cooperating with the verification process is the responsibility of every member.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Rt999 supports easy deposits via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500, and the maximum is subject to the daily limit in place.

Deposit Terms

• Only your own mobile wallet or bank account may be used for deposits.
• Deposits made through third parties are not accepted and will be reversed.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Terms

• Welcome Bonus: Get a 100% bonus on your first deposit. A 30x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.

• Cashback Bonus: Get up to 10% cashback on your weekly net losses.
• Referral Bonus: Refer a friend and both of you will receive a designated reward.

6 Gaming Rules

• If you get disconnected during a game, the result is saved on our servers and will be available once you reconnect.
• If a technical error causes a problem during a game, rt999 reserves the right to void that round and refund the wager.
• In the event of a dispute over game results, rt999's server logs will serve as the final and definitive record.
• Self-betting and artificial wagering are strictly prohibited.

All players are expected to play fairly. Any use of cheating or fraudulent tactics will result in permanent account suspension.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rt999 platform and will result in permanent account closure:

• Multiple accounts: Operating more than one account under the same identity.

• Bot Usage: Using automated software or bots to play games.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players against third parties.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

• Applies to accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• If money laundering or fraudulent activity is suspected.
• By order of a court or law enforcement authority.

You may also request account closure at any time. You will have the opportunity to withdraw your available balance before the account is closed, subject to the applicable Terms & Conditions.

Inactive accounts may be charged a monthly fee of BDT 200 or 5% of the balance, whichever is lower. If you no longer use your account, we recommend withdrawing your balance.

11 Limitation of Liability

Rt999 always strives to ensure uninterrupted service. However, service may be temporarily disrupted due to technical issues, server maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Rt999 is not liable for any losses caused by internet connection failure.
• Rt999 is not responsible for issues caused by third-party payment providers.
• Rt999 will not be held responsible if an account is compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• We apologize for any service delays caused by unexpected natural disasters or force majeure events.

Rt999's decision shall be final in all disputes. That said, we are committed to resolving all issues in a fair and transparent manner.

12 Changes & Updates

Rt999 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be sent to your registered email or mobile number. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
